Review: Sixth Sense

Dir: M. Night Shyamalan

Cast: Bruce Willis, Haley Joel Osmeent

Category: Horror

Reviewed By: Clay

Plot: Bruce Willis plays a psychologist who is hired to help a young boy cope with seeing visions. The less I tell you about the plot the better.

DVD Special Features: Closed Captioned, Wide Screen, Theatrical Trailer, Making of Documentary, Deleted Scenes, Interview with director. The whole kitchen sink. M. Night makes the most of the DVD format and it is a must buy for any movie buff.

The Good: This is a smart movie. No one expected this film to be the blockbuster/critical success that it is.

The director and writer did a great job of producing their vision. Some how they kept the Hollywood goons away from this movie and made a subtle and creepy film. This film could have gone wrong at many different spots but the script was strong and the director focused.

The cast was great. Even if you are not a Bruce Willis fan you will like him in this. His performance is very low key and convincing.

The Bad: There is no down side to this film.

Bottom Line: Great movie. Fantastic date film you can. t lose with this one.  Buy the Sixth Sense!!!!!!!!

Rating: Five cocktails..... A Clay Pick!!!
