DVD Special Features: Audio commentary with Director Rob Zombie Actor Audio Commentary with Sid Haig, Bill Moseley and Sheri Moon Zombie Blooper Reel Morris Green Show - "Ruggsville's #1 talk show" Mary The Monkey Girl Commercial Spaulding Christmas Commercial Cheerleader Missing - The Otis Home Movie "Satan's Got To Get Along Without Me" - Buck Owens video Deleted Scenes Make Up Tests Matthew McGrory tribute Still Gallery Theatrical Trailer and TV spots. All of the features will only make you love this movie more. Rob Zombie is a twisted bastard and that’s all there is to it (and I mean that in a good way). Plot: The craziest family in the galaxy takes to the road as they run from the law. Let the carnage begin. The Good: Normally I don’t talk about the seeing movies in the theater as part of a review but I am making an exception. I saw this movie on the big screen in Fresno California. Why is this important? I swear that the entire casting of this movie was done in Fresno. This town has been forsaken by the out side world and has created its own interbred society. Wow. Don’t go to Fresno. Sorry about the side bar but as I watched this movie I looked around the crowd and felt like I was viewing it with the cast. Now to the movie its self. Written and directed by Rob Zombie this movie is a classic gore-fest. It is a sequel but you don’t need to have seen the first film (House of a Thousand Corpses). Rob learned a lot from making 1000 Corpses and it shows. I really loved this movie. Yes it’s sick and twisted but you already knew that when you bought the movie. The cast is awesome and Rob Zombies wife is an amazing piece of ass. We get to know that ass is fine because we see it through out the movie (thanks Rob for sharing with us). I wont give away the ending but will say this….. nice…. Free Bird is always a winner in my book. The Bad: This is a hard core genre film. If you are not down with gory horror films don’t bother checking it out. Word of warning. Don’t let this movie inspire you to see House of a Thousand Corpses. It is really not good. Stay away from Robs art project and stick to the good stuff. Bottom Line: Loved it… Great ending. Rating: 4 shots of Jack Daniels straight up |
