Plot: A meteor hits the earth and alien species begins to evolve. The evolving aliens are discovered by a zany couple of flunky scientist. Naturally the evil military scientist attempt to take over the situation and crazy things begin to happen.

Good special features. You get the whole range of featurettes including some nice HBO stuff.

The Good: Orlando Jones had a good run of gags. Pulling the alien out of his ass was very good stuff. The alternate ending that ties into this theme was really funny. You can never have to many aliens in the ass jokes.

The cast really did all they could with the lame script they had. Julianna Moore is totally hot and that can never be a bad thing.

The Bad: Take the Ghostbusters script, delete the word ghost and insert the word alien. Unfortunately in the translation they also deleted all the good jokes. Its sad when a director is ripping himself off.

If I were a cast member I would take the writer out and kick his ass for wrecking this project. I am sure when Moore and Duckovny signed up for this project it sounded very funny. Good pitch but bad movie.

Bottom Line: Rent Ghostbusters it’s the real deal
